How it Works

1.

After signing up we will arrange a consultation time and you will be sent an online questionnaire designed to give your coach the background information needed so that they can make the most of your consultation time together.

2.

During your initial consultation, we will explore your goals, discuss your eating habits, lifestyle and other factors that could interfere with you trying to make changes. You will be given some actions to begin working on straight away so that you're already heading in the right direction when you receive your program.

3.

We then go away and work on a plan designed around your habits, goals and current activities and come back to you within 5 days (usually less) with a nutrition plan that we believe will be best for you. In the meantime, you will receive information taking you through what to expect when working with your coach and how to manage your plan.

4.

Every week you will check in with your body weight, progress photos, measurements, nutrition from the week and more. It has been proven time and time again that accountability is the number one success factor when working on habit change and moving towards your goals.

5.

Your coach will check in with you weekly by email and/or WhatsApp messenger and provide you with detailed feedback about the week you had, and specific recommendations for the week ahead. We will constantly look to adjust your program where needed to ensure that it is best for you and your goals.

6.

You will have a monthly face-to-face consultation with your coach to dig into any challenges you might be having, re-assess and re-adjust your goals and plan as well as talk through anything else that you need.

7.

You will have unlimited email and text (via WhatsApp) support for any questions, worries or problems that you might encounter in between check ins so that you can be confident in the decisions you're making day to day to stick with the program. Our commitment is to reply to all messages within 24 hours.

8.

Once you've been with us for 6 months you will be eligible to move to the graduate program which is aimed at letting you take charge of your new lifestyle while still being able to check in with questions and have monthly accountability.

Accountability package

For those that feel that they already have an understanding of nutrition or exercise but need accountability to stick to a plan, we also offer an Accountability Package. This involves working with you to set goals, benchmarks and measures and then weekly check ins to hold you accountable, check how you're tracking and assist with habit change
